Our organic growth and strategic acquisitions demand a skilled, flexible, boots-in-the-mudChief Financial Officer to guide our financial trajectory. As a CFO at Craftzing and its subsidiaries, you will play a pivotal role in our financial decision-making process, providing strategic financial insights to management and the board.
What you'll do
* Implement and manage the financial strategy of the company.
* Prepare budgets, reports & forecasts in collaboration with the management team.
* Oversee consolidated results across all entities.
* Lead financial integrations of new acquisitions.
* Manage financial controls, accounting, and focus on cash flows.
* Develop and supervise the finance- and accounting team. Strong accounting experience, specifically with Exact Online is expected.
* Proactively identify and communicate potential risks.
* Propose action plans to achieve annual financial goals.
* Manage and adjust corporate financing.
* Ensure speed and accuracy in invoicing and payments to clients.
* Coordinate and oversee all tax-related documentation.
You're Craftzing-material when
* You have over 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
* You're a resolute digital thinker with advanced business- and financial controlling skills and experience with digital platforms.
* You focus on what's essential: providing financial clarity, actionable insights and incremental improvements.
* You possess excellent soft skills and communication capabilities, and be a valuable part of the management committee.
* You have preferably worked in 'people business' sectors and align culturally with Craftzing's values.
