Job Description:
Shape the future with architecture! We are transforming our Business & IT landscape to a modern architecture. With Global and local teams collaborating together as ONE Pluxee. The “Senior Solution Architect” will join the challenges to migrate/refactor/co-create our current landscape towards a full new ecosystem based on the newest technology stacks.
Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architecture lead for projects in a business domain (public benefits, merchant, client, consumer):
2. Evaluate & design the solution for an epic taking care of the different architecture layers Business, Information, Application & infrastructure.
3. Propose & defend the transformation architecture approach and architecture design.
4. Design & model the solution architecture/reference architecture for the applications/technologies while keeping the architecture repository up to date.
5. Manage the implementation and evolution of the different applications from an architecture scope.
6. Handover & coach the different stakeholders.
1. Co-create the domain architecture for a business domain (public benefits, merchant, client, consumer).
2. Evaluate / extend the current building blocks in our current solution offering.
3. Play a key role in reviewing & communicating new available technologies, tools and services.
4. Define the architecture plateaus related to solutions and their technology roadmap.
5. Support business case creation for all IT building blocks.
6. Maintain a multi-year strategic investment plan & technology roadmap.
7. Advise on IT investment decisions and syndicate the need for change with a wide range of senior stakeholders (business and IT).
8. Advise on innovations and market trends.
1. Stakeholder management (DevOps team to CxO level, local to global).
2. Meet with Business & IT stakeholders to demonstrate solution architecture, answer questions and work to resolve issues that arise during the projects.
3. Use advisory and communication initiatives to promote the architecture artifacts among Business Unit management and the Executive management.
4. Align with Regional and Global competency centers in terms of strategy and local alignment.
5. Build and maintain positive and trusted relationships that motivate, guide, and reinforce the best practice use of IT solutions with all stakeholders.
Profile:
1. Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering.
2. 10+ years of industry experience, preferably handling technology architecture roles in complex organizations, of which 2-3 years should be fulfilling architecture in Digital transformations.
3. In-depth knowledge of minimum three of the following technical disciplines: API/Micro-services, Domain driven design patterns, SOA, master data management MDM, ETL, SOA, Analytics and Data Lake(s), Azure Cloud, Business Process Modelling.
4. Experience with Information Security: Security principles applied to architecture.
5. Big plus: Hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies: Azure cloud, RDBMS, NoSQL, data modelling for transactional as well as reporting focuses.
6. Certification in a popular EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate) is a plus.
7. Experience with architecture modelling tools like SPARX (enterprise architect).
8. Good level of spoken and written English & French (Dutch is a plus) and adapt your style to your target audience.
9. Good interpersonal skills in areas such as collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation in a global architecture environment.
10. Strong leadership skills.
11. Excellent analytical and technical skills; enjoy working in a team.
12. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
13. Monthly travel to other European entities (Paris, Prague, …) is not a problem.
