🚀 Your Mission
As IT Business Consultant, you will play a dual role:
* Develop and manage client relationships
* Identify and place top IT talent, whether for permanent roles or freelance/consulting assignments
You'll be the trusted advisor guiding both clients and candidates through a smooth, high-impact recruitment process.
🧩 Your Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and approach potential clients to grow our network
* Analyze client needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions
* Guide the recruitment process from job intake to successful placement
* Leverage multiple sourcing channels (databases, social media, job boards, referrals)
* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both permanent and freelance roles
* Collaborate with internal recruiters to align on priorities and delivery
* Present shortlisted candidates with strategic recommendations
* Negotiate contract terms and close deals
* Maintain regular contact with clients and consultants to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Continuously grow your network of clients and IT professionals
🎯 Your Profile
Technical Skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
* Proven experience in recruitment and/or sales (ideally IT-related)
* Strong interest in or understanding of IT roles and trends
* Fluent in Dutch or French, with strong English skills (passive understanding of the other national language is a plus)
Soft Skills
* Excellent communicator with strong negotiation abilities
* Empathetic, diplomatic, and commercially sharp
* Results-driven, solution-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Team player with a customer-first mindset
