Description
* Actively recruit new customers through telephone contacts and by providing information about the benefits of membership with the company;
* Maintain contact with existing customers, for example by calling them regularly to ask how they are doing and find out how we can further support them;
* Analyze customers' needs and develop strategies to retain them and increase the value of their membership;
* Promote the benefits, such as the discounts and other promotions that come from membership;
* Participate in trade shows and events to represent the company and attract new customers;
* Actively contribute to improving the customer experience and strengthening customer relationships;
* Work to improve processes and increase customer engagement.
Profile
* Education: A background in Marketing or Sales is desirable, given the focus on prospecting for new clients and retaining existing members;
* Experience: The position is suitable for a junior candidate, but preferably someone with 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
* Languages: Command of both Dutch and French is essential as members are both Dutch and French speaking;
* IT: Knowledge of and experience with relevant digital tools and platforms is important for the efficient performance of tasks;
