As Senior Marketing Manager, you will work for Puilaetco, the Belgian branch of Quintet Private Bank S.A., and be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the Belgium market, with a focus on driving (digital) lead generation, increasing client experience (including events), elevating brand awareness, and positioning the bank as a top-tier financial institution for private clients.
You partner with Puilaetco front office and ICS to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives. You liaise with the Group Marketing Head and contribute to Quintet marketing initiatives to ensure these initiatives support both Puilaetco and Quintet. You champion Quintet marketing initiatives within Puilaetco to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing execution within Quintet.
You will be a direct report to the Group Head of Marketing and have a local functional line to the local CEO.
Key Accountabilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Belgium market to increase our brand preference and consideration among key client segments and prospects.
* Partner with the Country Management Committee and senior Quintet marketing leadership to shape a marketing strategy, long-term marketing goals, and performance metrics enabling both local business growth and client experience.
* Actively monitor and assess trends in the industry and market research learnings to identify new growth opportunities and fine-tune marketing strategies to align with evolving client needs.
* Segment and analyse the target market to customize events, partnerships, campaigns, and offers.
* Optimize customer acquisition funnels using data-driven insights, analytics, and automation tools to enhance conversion rates.
* Liaise with Puilaetco front office and ICS to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business development goals and strategies for revenue growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
* Liaise with Group Marketing Head and contribute to Quintet marketing initiatives to ensure these initiatives support both Puilaetco and Quintet.
* Champion Quintet marketing initiatives within Puilaetco to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing execution within Quintet.
Budget, Planning & Control:
* Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI). Track and measure the impact of each of the different marketing techniques/activities used by defining, developing, and implementing a measurement dashboard that will help us to re-prioritize budget usage.
* Manage the marketing annual plan and budget.
* Drive all 1st line of controls linked to the marketing activities.
* Manage all marketing procedures & processes and change/improve when and where necessary.
Knowledge and Experience
* You have 10-15 years of experience in marketing within the Financial Services industry or in another luxury industry.
Attributes and Qualities
* Lead by example and personality (not by hierarchy): hands-on, expertise, positive energy, personal commitment.
* You are comfortable working in a matrix functional structure with both local and Quintet stakeholders.
* You can prioritize and quickly execute in a fast-paced environment and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.

* You are not afraid to challenge established things, are flexible, and can cope with sometimes complex decision processes.
Technical Skills
* Understanding of segmentation, brand, and media principles and how they integrate with local marketing strategy, planning, and communications.
* Understanding of digital marketing principles and how they integrate with communication strategies. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, CMS.
* MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook.
