The Role

We are seeking a Master Data Manager in Liège, Belgium, to join our global team. As a Master Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our team's digital journey through data migrations & transformations and data governance.

Main Responsibilities
">

* Design data architecture, transformation & governance rules, system landscape, and migration strategy, including tools like D365 F&O, D365 CE, CPQ, and PIM systems.
">
* Develop a roadmap for data management and define project goals, scope, approach, and timelines.
">
* Manage individual analyses and provide clear communications of findings and recommendations.
">
* Manage implementation projects in a D365 context (data migration, MDM, data quality, data governance).
">
* Work independently and develop materials to facilitate reviews, quality checks, and present findings to project leadership.
">
* Demonstrate vital business insight and understanding of data management concepts.
">
">
Requirements

* You have a passion for master data governance and project management.
">
* You have experience in ERP/CRM data implementation projects.
">
* You have extensive hands-on experience.
">
* You have analytical skills, a client-service mindset, attention to detail, and high-quality work.
">
* You are goal-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
">
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can translate business requirements for the IT department.
">
* You work effectively with minimal supervision within a team while coaching less experienced peers.
">
* You are fluent in English.

* You have travel availability.
