Job Description
1. Provide legal advice on day-to-day affairs, domestic and cross-border transactions, contracts, and corporate matters
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and manufacturing contracts, including supply, distribution, joint ventures, and technology licensing
3. Develop and update standard form agreements and templates, aligning with corporate policies and laws
4. Advise on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations
5. Maintain accurate corporate records for legal entities
6. Support pre-litigation, litigation, dispute resolution, and settlements
7. Offer legal advice and recommendations to management
8. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting the company
9. Provide legal training to affiliates on contracts, antitrust, and chemical manufacturing regulations
10. Manage and enhance the regional compliance management system, including developing policies, conducting training, and organizing compliance audits and investigations
