We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our marketing efforts.
Role Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our performance marketing strategies. Your goal will be to retain high-quality businesses that can benefit from our fuel card, EV card, EV chargepoints and telematics solutions, manage them through the sales experience and drive customer lifetime value with Radius (loyalty, cross sell and up sell).
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital direct marketing campaigns across various channels (website, social media, email marketing, marketing automation and SEO/SEA).
* Analyze campaign performance, prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
* Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing campaigns, using the most appropriate media to connect to our customer base.
* Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals and customer needs.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, using this data to inform marketing decisions.
* Analyse, develop and implement cross-sell strategies to guide prospects through the appropriate sales channel and funnel, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage sales performances on the so-created leads.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve performance marketing efforts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the B2B sector
* Proven track record of managing successful digital and outbound sales and marketing campaigns with measurable results
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce is an advantage)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
* Business level fluency in Dutch, French and English
* Knowledge of the fuel card and telematics industry is a plus
