Inter Holding Services SA is a shared service center for the international Interogo Holding AG group, based in Switzerland. The overall purpose of Interogo Holding AG is to manage investments with the aim of creating financial strength and build reserves required to secure independence and longevity for their owner, Interogo Foundation. Interogo Foundation aspires to use its influence to empower people, organisations and businesses to do good for the people and the planet.
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of information security risks within the organisation, and maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of sensitive information.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing information security policies and procedures;
• Conducting regular risk assessments and providing recommendations for improvement;
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure alignment of security measures with business objectives;
• Providing guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
• Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and other third parties;
The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT security governance, with experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information security, is essential. Professional certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, would be an advantage.
