In this context, we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager Netherlands to join the Nipro Medical Benelux team.
About the Role
As Account Manager Netherlands, you represent Nipro Medical EMEA and build customer relations by offering and selling the complete portfolio including dialysis products, hospital products and softare to our prospects and clients. To be successful in this role, you know the dialysis market, the products, the customers, the competitors, and you are up to date with the latest developments. In this role, you will be part of the Benelux Sales Team and you will report into the Benelux Manager.
What You'll do
1. Generate sales growth in the Netherlands for our product portfolio consisting of water treatments, mediapanels, dialysis machines, hospital products and disposables like concentrates, bloodlines, dialyzers, needles etc
2. Initiate & coordinate trials with dialysis- & hospital products at hospitals, supported by the clinical application specialists
3. Achieve all agreed sales and financial targets in line with personal and company objectives
4. Set and secure budget targets, in order to build a sustainable growth platform
5. Manage and follow up on incoming lead generation demands (new opportunities)
6. Pitch new business and create new partnerships
7. Liaise constantly with customers, to keep them fully informed about products and services to ensure needs are fully met, thus ensuring customer satisfaction
8. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reporting and forecast for own territory
9. Execute all aspects of account management in order to build and maintain solid customer long-term relationships
10. Manage and maintain direct relationship with internal key stake holders (Customer Service, Supply Chain, RA/QA)
11. Collaborate closely with the application specialists and technical engineers to offer the client qualitative services
12. The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and JSOX requirements, whilst always taking Nipro values into account
What You'll Need
13. You hold a Bachelor degree and have at least 3 years of relevant expertise in a comparable role
14. Robust sales experience, ideally in the medical devices sector
15. Customer focus
16. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
17. You exhibit excellent listening and communication skills
18. You are hands-on and stress resistant
19. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where innovative and out-of-the-box thinking is required
20. A driving licence B
21. You have solid planning and time management skills
22. You are proficient in Microsoft Office
23. Excellent command in French and English is required, additional languages are a plus
