IT Solution Analyst –Architect
Business Applications for Mobile Network Management
Your Mission
You become the reference person in MWingz for structuring, implementing and maintaining key business applications, to be used in the day-to-day work of MWingz and its partners.
You work autonomously but in close collaboration with the rest of the MWingz IT team and the MWingz Network teams. You manage multiple projects and/or work streams in different solution areas : network inventory & configuration, roll-out project tracking, network operations & maintenance (alarms, network incidents, network changes), data integration between MWingz applications, data interfaces with external companies, etc.
As Solution Analyst – Architect, you work on different activities :
1. Managing Solution Design and Architecture : you collaborate with cross-department teams to understand business requirements and objectives. You design, develop, and document end-to-end IT solutions that align with business needs. You provide architectural guidance for system design, integration, and implementation, thereby working in collaboration with external implementation partners.
2. Requirements Gathering & Elaboration : you work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse functional and non-functional requirements. You translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
3. Collaboration : you are involved day-to-day in implementation work, thereby facilitating transversal collaboration (implementation team, business teams/different departments, IT technical & security team), to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. You participate in different work meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance.
4. Quality Assurance and Testing : you conduct architectural reviews to ensure solutions align with established standards and guidelines. You work with implementation team and business teams to develop and execute test plans to validate solution functionality and performance.
5. Technical Analysis : you conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. You evaluate candidate technologies and trends to recommend state-of-the-art solutions.
6. Supplier Relation Management and Contract Management : you organize recurrent meetings, monitor and review results and quality from external implementation partners. You manage continuous improvement initiatives for the supplier’s scope of activities.
Your specific expertise
7. Strong knowledge of IT software technologies (web, database and integration technologies, programming languages, ..) and system architecture and design patterns
8. Knowledge of Telecom and specifically with Mobile Network technologies (2G GSM / 3G UMTS / 4G LTE / 5G NR)
9. Knowledge of software products related to telecom Operations Support Solutions (OSS)
10. Familiar with telecom organizations and activities like radio network configuration, radio network design, radio network operations, radio network optimisation
11. Proven knowledge of software analysis, and software design techniques
12. Proven experience in software development methodologies (waterfall/agile) and in working with development partners
Your profile
13. You have a master degree, with good knowledge of software solutions, software technologies and software development methods.
14. Minimum experience: 5 years in Telecom and/or Software.
15. You have knowledge/experience in Telecommunications Networks (especially radio access networks).
16. You have excellent communication skills.
17. You are structured, analytical, detail-oriented and a true team player
18. You are proactive and autonomous.
19. Bi-lingual : English and Dutch or French.
