1. Lead the design & roll out the international category strategies for SOTG, Viennoiserie & Borek by working together with Marketing / Market Research / Analytics complementing the overall Bakery Vision
2. Develop GTM toolkits for Retail & Key FS customers including pricing, portfolio & revenue management, promotions and store excellence program to maximize LLBG business potential
3. Lead commercialization of new production lines together with core markets by co- defining the optimal product mix and line capabilities to ensure fast demand vs. capacity build-up and successful in-market roll-out/sell-through.
4. Be the active SPOC for sales teams in markets & IKA team to enable them to deliver their targets by visiting markets, understand & help solve business challenges, supporting & attending T2T customer visits and enable share&re-apply.
5. Bring external reality internally: bring insights & recommendations from outside (customer / fair/market visits) to support the portfolio design & innovation strategy for S&S portfolio.
6. Lead the GTM of our sustainability glidepath for S&S – co- design our footprint / nutritional innovation glidepath bringing outside in / lead concept sell & GTM roll-out.
Location
* Located in Haaltert, Belgium (between Brussels & Ghent, nearby E40 highway and 5’ walk to train station)
* Traveling 25-40% of the time is expected

To realize this goal, LLBG is looking for an enthusiast and self-driven International Category Manager Sweet & Savory.
This high-visibility and high-profile role will be responsible for driving LLBG’s Sweet & Savoury commercial strategy definition and overall commercial implementation. All of this with the objective of maximizing country, channel, and customer value creation next to consumer appeal and thereby driving sustainable top- and bottom-line growth for LLBG.
Background
* Master’s degree, preferably in economics, management, marketing…
* 8+ years of experience in business
* A job at global headquarters or international hub is an asset
* Background as management trainee or high potential is an asset
