Key responsibilities
Service Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Roadmap and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear service roadmap that aligns with long-term organizational goals.
Service Definition and Features: Define service offerings, features, and SLAs with Service Owners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between Service Owners, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Customer Feedback and Iteration: Gather feedback to continuously improve service quality and performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and KPIs to guide prioritization decisions.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure services comply with security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Required skills & experience
5+ years in product management, focusing on service delivery.
Strong leadership and customer-focused orientation.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps principles.
Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and managing SLAs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with budgeting and financial oversight for service-related projects.
Preferred qualifications
SAFe certification.
Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
Proven stakeholder management in complex environments.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics.
Technical knowledge across IT infrastructure domains.
