Your role and key responsibilities:
* Responsible for Dutch-speaking profiles in Belgium and The Netherlands, while also providing assistance to other recruiters in an international context.
* Work closely with our managers to define candidate profiles and organize the recruitment process in order to achieve the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
* Craft and execute innovative sourcing methodologies aimed at attracting top-tier talent, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
* Identify, source and screen suitable candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews by phone, online and in person. Responsible for ATS update.
* Organize and participate in recruitment events at universities and at our offices.
* Coordinate with fellow recruiters, hiring managers and other HR teams for a smooth recruitment process from sourcing till onboarding.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2-5 years of total experience in recruitment, preferably with engineering profiles.
* Good knowledge of ATS platforms and experience with various recruitment tools.
* Hands-on experience in the complete recruitment cycle.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
* Flexible team player with an international mindset. Excellent organizational agility and effective time management. Multitasking and goal-oriented attitude.

Requirements
Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in human resources or related fields At least 5 years of experience in HR, business or related fields ideally combined with 2-3 years’ experience in a multi-country/cultural organization. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing in mandatory Fluid in English and Dutch. French is a Plus. Good analytical skills and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential and private information. Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,) and any other ERP programmed related to people management tool would be an asset. Customer Oriented
