Job Summary
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering: collaborate with various functions across Belgium and other European countries
2. Employee Relations & HR Processes: generate employment contracts, manage HR processes, and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience
3. Training & Development: contribute to the growth and development of our employees by supporting training initiatives and performance
4. General HR Support: engage in a variety of HR tasks and contribute to impactful projects
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
2. 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Good level of Dutch and English language is required
