As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in developing partner relationships, planning and facilitating partner marketing programs in line with our wider marketing plans to ultimately grow the DAZN subscriber base.
You will lead and take ownership of all partner marketing processes, whilst juggling multiple partner relationships. You will be enthusiastic to move fast & jump into exciting projects whilst building relationships across the business. You have strong organizational and communication skills and are confident in working closely with stakeholders of all levels – both internal and external.
This role will be based in Brussels, Belgium. Benefits include meal tickets, expense allowance, group insurance (3% of gross salary), hospitalization insurance (DKV) and transport allowances.
As our new Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Establish and grow partnerships with external DAZN stakeholders such as clubs, leagues and telco operators.
* Develop innovative joint partner promotions and activations, growing the DAZN subscriber base.
* Own the cross functional planning of key events with the marketing team, ensuring that all partner marketing plans are integrated with our wider planning process.
* Brief in and deliver partner assets, working closely with the DAZN marketing and creative teams. Ensure all partners receive their assets within deadline.
* Manage approvals between partners and DAZN marketing and brand team.
* Deliver weekly status reports to ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date and tasks are being achieved in line with business objectives.
* Grow your network to identify opportunities for future development and bring new partners into the DAZN ecosystem.
You'll have:
* A great network. You’re outgoing and thrive on collaborating with clubs, leagues, telco operators, media companies and other DAZN partners. With several of whom you have relations already.
* Self-starter with the motivation, commitment, enthusiasm and drive to understand the DAZN business and subscriber goals and to develop innovative partner marketing plans to deliver against them.
* Previous career experience working within a marketing or sales function with a mature understanding of the marketing and media mix, preferably in a subscription-oriented business.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and prioritise workload where required.
* Team player attitude, willing to operate at both strategic and executional levels. You stay on top of the details, whilst owning business growth through partnerships end-to-end.
* Ideally you are bilingual Dutch and French, with good proficiency in English.
