* You take on a key role in providing commercial support to our sales team specializing in Chemicals for Central America.
* Your responsibilities are managing inquiries, preparing offers, and following up on quotations until the deal is closed. For this, you are in daily contact with our local affiliates.
* You play a crucial part in monitoring ongoing business and assisting our trader in strategically expanding their markets. Additionally, you'll be involved in reporting and tracking incoming payments for the markets you support.
* You work closely with shipping companies and follow-up the shipments. While our back-office handles orders, you will oversee the process from a sales perspective ensuring everything runs smoothly and resolving any issues thar arise.
* You have demonstrable experience as a Customer Service/Sales Support/Inside Sales/Commercial Support and are eager to transition into a commercial role.
* You express yourself fluently in both Spanish and English.
* You have a keen eye for detail and excel in administrative tasks, while maintaining a comprehensive overview.
* You possess strong commercial acumen and adopt a customer-centric approach.
* You balance effective communication skills with strong analytical and numerical proficiency.
