Your Responsibilities as a Construction Project Manager (H/F/X):


🔹 Project Execution & Management: Oversee the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

🔹 Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate site teams, mentor site managers, and optimize workforce planning.

🔹 Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial performance.

Your Profile:


✅ Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

✅ At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in roadworks and infrastructure.

✅ Strong leadership in team and subcontractor management.
