Mega Telecom is seeking a Business Development Lead to make Mega Telecom relevant on the Belgian telecom market, drive sustainable, long-term growth, and establish accountability within our sales and marketing channels. This role is integral to our growth trajectory and involves close collaboration with Sales and Marketing and its partners.

Job description:
* Sales & Marketing Strategy:
o Conduct continuous analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer behaviours. Define target customer profiles and refine go-to-market strategies (Market Intelligence).
o Support the Mega Marketing and Sales strategy by setting clear objectives and targets for Telecom services, and hold the Sales & Marketing team accountable for achieving results.
o Establish strong relationships with sales partners, guiding sales agreements, and ensuring all partners align with Mega’s brand and revenue goals.
* Sales Enablement:
o Equip sales teams with data-driven insights, training, and tools to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
* Product & Innovation Strategy:
o Manage the Product P&L for the Telecom portfolio.
o Define the pricing and discount strategy.
o Develop new partnerships for both new Services as well as P&L optimization.
* Brand Evangelism:
o Act as a brand ambassador for Mega Telecom, building its reputation both within the company and in the external market.
* Tactical Execution:
o Identify and implement short-term tactics to drive immediate gains through small campaigns, limited-time promotions, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Objectives:
1. Market Relevance: Establish Mega Mobile as a key player in the Belgian telco landscape.
2. Sustainable Growth: Focus on quality customer acquisition and retention, aiming for profitable, long-term growth.
3. KPI Focus: Net Gain (Gross Gain - Churn), Gross Margin (revenue - cost of goods sold), and Cost-to-Acquire.
