As an Account Manager, you will:
1. Drive Sales Growth: Manage and expand a flexible European market portfolio while identifying, planning, and executing strategies to increase turnover and profitability.
2. 360 Degree Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle in collaboration with our other divisions, from prospecting and negotiation to delivery and account optimization, ensuring tailored solutions drive mutual success.
3. Guard Margins: Take ownership of product pricing and profitability by collaborating with the buying team or taking up a role in the buying team.
4. (Optionally) Join the Buying Team: Travel to production sites and factories to build strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, ensure quality, and maintain delivery standards.
5. Foster Partnerships: Build and nurture long term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners while acting as the primary point of contact to exceed customer expectations.
6. Operate Across Diverse Markets: Focus on flexible geographic regions within Europe, leveraging your expertise in specific markets and languages; language tutoring is offered for additional support, and multilingual skills are highly valued.
7. Strategize and Optimize: Work with internal teams (sales, sourcing, design, logistics) to enhance operations and implement innovative strategies that improve business performance.
8. Innovate Processes: Identify and implement strategies to optimize sales and sourcing processes, contributing to overall business efficiency.
Who You Are
1. Experienced Professional: Minimum 3 years in sales and sourcing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
2. Educational Background: Masters degree or equivalent experience.
3. Multilingual Communicator: Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
