Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
1. Book invoices in the system.
2. Check outgoing invoices for accuracy.
3. Prepare and execute outgoing payments.
4. Manage accounts receivable and payable.
5. Prepare and coordinate stock counts.
HR Administration
6. Handle payroll activities in collaboration with the social secretariat.
7. Manage holiday planning and absentee tracking for a 15-person team.
8. Oversee recruitment administration and processes.
Candidate Profile:
Professional Skills
9. 2-3 years of experience in finance and HR administration.
10. Strong attention to detail and high productivity.
11. Fluent in either French or English; additional languages are a plus.
