Duties & Role:
Task 1: Harmonisation between the IT Corporate Governance website and the Corporate Architecture website aligned with the ECL 4.0
* Complete the revamp of the entire Corporate IT Governance and corporate architecture websites.
* Implement the latest version of the European Commission Library (ECL 4.0+) in both websites.
* Create visuals for communication purposes to support the website's evolution and related artifacts
* Deliverable: Version 2 of the Corporate IT governance and Corporate Architecture website.
Task 2: Corporate Architecture website: content maintenance and evolution
* Further evolve and create additional content, such as webinar pages, takeaways, blog pages, and FAQs, to enrich the website's resources and engage the audience effectively
* Produce visuals for communication purposes that will enhance the website's appeal and support the development of related artifacts
* User Interface maintenance and improvements, e.g. CSS framework - new styles, styles improvement, Responsiveness, usability and accessibility improvement, easier editing for daily use: improved page editing for non-technical editors: using Confluence macros instead of HTML code when possible, PPT canvases transformation into illustration
* Monitor and analyse the website's analytics to gain insights into its performance, user behaviour, and areas for potential enhancement
* Deliverables: Regular maintenance of the Corporate Architecture and Corporate Governance websites (design and content wise); Analysis of content between the CA website and Corporate IT Governance website to streamline communication and avoid redundancies; Updated guide for wiki admins "how to use the wiki" in terms of structure and styles.
Task 3: Animation of the community of architects
* Continuing the organisation of monthly showcasing webinars, where specific examples of initiatives linked to one or more Corporate Architecture themes will be presented, allowing for the sharing of experiences and best practices in line with the reference architecture
* Crafting takeaways from the webinars, summarizing key insights and learnings, to be shared with the community of IT architects and published on the Corporate Architecture website
* Streamlining communication within the community and fostering harmonization among different CA events, networks, and channels, such as CA board meetings, CA showcasing webinars, Teams, and Confluence websites. This will ensure efficient information exchange and collaboration across all relevant platforms.
* Deliverables: Support for the preparation of the CA webinars, including (but not limited to) creating webinars scripts, sending out invitations, hosting the webinars, ensuring the quality of presentations, and sharing the results with the community; Compilation of architecture takeaways from the showcasing webinars, documented and published on the Corporate Architecture wiki for the benefit of the IT architects’ community.
* Participate in kick-off meetings;
* Participate in a monthly progress / status meeting within working hours
* Participate in improvised exceptional meetings on short-time notice for urgent matters within or outside of working hours;
* Produce progress reports when key milestones are achieved.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
* Proven working experience in complex IT project management/program management
* Proven working experience with SAP (preferably S 4/HANA and Fiori) implementations.
* Proven working experience in managing teams.
Desirable Experience and Education:
* Knowledge of project management domain, techniques (e.g. linekd to risk management), with understanding of methodologica aspects (e.g. SAP Activate, SAFe, PM2)
* Knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project.
* Resilient, able to perform effectively in stressful environments.
* Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, capability to communicate clearly and appropriately both orally and in writing.
