Real Estate Mid-level Associate Job Description
* Advising clients (including real estate developers, institutional investors, public institutions) on a wide range of real estate transactions and projects, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, real estate finance and urban planning.
* Drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and related documentation.
* Conducting due diligence and managing transaction processes.
* Providing legal advice on real estate and cross-disciplinary matters.
* Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas and offices, including our Tax Law and VAT team, our Corporate Law team, and our Global Financial Market and our Funds team, as well as with external specialists.
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Qualifications
* Holding a university degree in law (Master) in business law, real estate law and/or public law.
* Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, ideally gained within a large international law firm.
* Excellent drafting and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
