We are hiring a Channel Marketing Manager!

Your role is crucial to the growth of Crestron Europe, which covers the EMEA region. As Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing activities across our diverse channels, including our vital dealer network and key end-user segments like Enterprise, Education, Government, Military, Residential, and Marine. This dynamic role requires a highly organized, results-oriented marketeer with exceptional project management and relationship management skills as well as a passion for driving tangible results.
What will you be doing?
As a pivotal driver of growth and market expansion within Crestron EMEA, you will leverage your strong B2B channel marketing expertise to empower our partner ecosystem and drive sales. This dynamic role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities will include:
* Leading Diverse Marketing Projects: Spearhead a variety of marketing projects, ranging from strategic initiatives to tactical campaigns, demonstrating your ability to manage complex marketing projects from inception to completion and deliver exceptional results. • Global Campaign Execution: Lead the EMEA execution of global campaigns, adapting content and strategies to ensure regional effectiveness and resonance.
* Event Management Support: From major industry events / tradeshows to regional roadshows and targeted incentive programs, you'll play a key role in planning and executing impactful events across EMEA, doing so in alignment with our tradeshow and event team.
* HQ Liaison & Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA and US HQ marketing, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless alignment on content, campaigns, and overall marketing strategy. You will be responsible for understanding HQ's content roadmap and ensuring EMEA's effective adoption and adaptation of global initiatives.
* Co-Marketing Projects & Local management: Oversee a number of co-marketing partner accounts ensuring effective utilization and maximizing ROI on Crestron Marketing Development Funds. Your strategic approach to MDF will empower our partners and drive measurable results
* Empowering our Dealer Network: Develop and execute impactful marketing programs that support our dealers, drive sales, and build unwavering brand loyalty in EMEA. This includes providing them with the tools and resources they need to effectively promote and sell Crestron solutions.
* Targeting Key End-Users: Craft and implement targeted marketing campaigns for specific verticals like Enterprise, Education, Government, Military, Residential, and Marine. Your goal will be to maximize market penetration and build strong brand awareness within these key segments.
* Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success. Your ability to build rapport will be essential to achieving our shared goals.
Who are we looking for to complement our team?
* Proven experience in a commercial marketing environment, with a clear understanding of the impact of marketing activities that drive revenue growth.
* Experience with indirect or through-partner marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of channel dynamics.
* Expertise across the marketing mix, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
* Strong program and campaign management experience, showcasing the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
* Fluency in English (required) and other European languages (highly desirable). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Willingness to travel within EMEA.
