What you will be doing
The Information Security and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for protecting UBM's information systems and data from cyber threats, including developing and implementing security strategies and policies, monitoring for breaches, and responding to incidents. This role involves collaborating with security teams and other departments to integrate security into all operations, implementing and maintaining security systems, conducting regular assessments, staying up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, and providing employee training on standard processes. The Manager will also prepare response and recovery plans for cyberattacks and keep the organization advised about such issues.
The key focus or role of the jobholder can be summarized as follows:
* Protect the organization's information systems and data.
* Develop and implement security strategies and policies.
* Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated security.
* Implement and maintain security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
* Conduct regular security assessments and stay updated on cybersecurity trends.
* Provide training and education on security best practices.
* Build and manage relationships with external security vendors and partners.
* Create a cybersecurity roadmap for IT & OT environments.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor/Master degree in IT/Informatics with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Information Security in the automotive domain.
* ISO/IEC, TISAX knowledge, audit experience.
* Strong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls.
* In-depth knowledge of information risk concepts and principles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, negotiation, and relationship management.
* Initiative taker and stress resistant.
* Willing to walk the extra mile.
