Medi-Market is looking for a Head Of HR Benelux (M/F/X).
Your Role
As the Head of HR Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our HR strategy. You will work closely with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and high performance. You will report to the Group HR Director.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy Development: Implement the HR roadmap for the Benelux region, aligned with the company’s overall goals.
2. People Management: Lead a team of 6+ HR professionals.
3. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates for all levels of the organization.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace culture to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
5. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes to ensure continuous development and feedback.
6. HR Operations & Policies: Develop and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
7. Leadership Coaching: Support and guide managers in their people management responsibilities, helping them unlock team potential.
8. Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to develop employee skills and leadership capabilities.
9. Social Relations: Prepare and negotiate Works Council and PPWC meetings. Stay attuned to both employer and employee representatives.
10. Change Management: Support the organization through periods of growth, change, and transformation.
11. HR Metrics & Reporting: Track key HR KPIs to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
Your Profile
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
1. 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and trends in the Benelux region.
3. Proven experience in scaling HR functions in a fast-growing company.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
6. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
