Advisory - Senior Advisor
Roles & Responsibilities
· GRC Implementation & Advisory : Lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
·Risk & Compliance Management : Assist clients in identifying and managing SAP security risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
·Access & Authorization Management : Define, implement, and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and user access management strategies in SAP environments.
· Audit & Risk Assessment : Conduct security and compliance audits, assess risks in SAP systems, and recommend mitigation strategies.
·Process Optimization : Advise clients on best practices for governance, risk, and compliance processes to improve efficiency and security.
· Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment between security requirements and business needs.
· Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Work alongside SAP functional and technical consultants to integrate GRC solutions within broader SAP landscapes.
· Project Management : Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications
· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
· You have excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at client level and to build problem-solving partnerships.
· Proven experience as an SAP GRC and SAP Security consultant with expertise in implementing SAP GRC Solutions (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management).
· Strong knowledge of SAP Security Architecture, role design and user administration.
· Experience with SAP S4/HANA security (Public and Private Cloud).
· Strong experience with SoD Rulebook Design, Implementation and Review.
· Understanding of SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
· You can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility.
· You like developing your coaching skills by closely working together with other colleagues.
· You are stress resistant, flexible, client and service minded.
