ICT Project/Feature Manager
As an ICT Project/Feature Manager at imec, you will be responsible for the preparation and successful realization/delivery of features assigned to you in line with project objectives, scope, timeline, and budget as defined in the project charter.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain a comprehensive committed project plan that identifies project deliverables, work breakdown structure, planning, resources, risks, and dependencies.
* Coordinate, motivate, and support project team members to achieve project objectives.
* Manage ICT vendors involved in the project.
* Ensure required project governance is in place and organize regular project team meetings and steering committee sessions.
* Bring key elements for decision-making to the steering committee, indicating impact and presenting potential alternatives.
* Manage and report project progress, budget, risks, and issues to the ICT Business Partner and Team Leader, as well as to the ICT PMO Manager.
* Ensure projects are executed in line with agreed standards and methodology, including quality gating, testing, and change management actions.
* Transfer knowledge and hand over to operations before closing the project.
* Be the single point of contact for the project for both internal and external customers.
About You:
* You have a master's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
* You have extensive track records in project and change management, project delivery, and applying project management methodologies, processes, and techniques.
* You are a team player with a no-nonsense attitude, coordinating your team to get the job done.
* Your strong data analytic skills enable you to interpret and make recommendations in terms of planning, budgeting, problem-solving, etc.
* You are an experienced Project Manager with excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders across imec.
* You have an open mind, fluent English, and ideally some knowledge of Dutch.
* You feel comfortable in complex and demanding environments.
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and Azure DevOps is a must.
