Job Description
As a Human Capital Strategist, you will lead the implementation of SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients. This involves defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. You will provide expert guidance on payroll process design, configuration, and customization, collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, and IT to integrate payroll solutions with existing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for IT, with excellent service-oriented skills and a keen understanding of what's important to others. You should have knowledge of Belgian payroll and/or post-payroll processes, either through hands-on experience or education. Familiarity with social legislation and analytical skills are also essential. Proactive team players with quick learning abilities, initiative, and independent planning skills are preferred. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is mandatory, while prior experience with SAP HR is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
