2. You have a passion for personnel management, social law, and labor law and want to expand your knowledge and expertise in these areas.
3. Ideally, you already have some experience with Belgian labor and social legislation for foreign employees and employers, as you will be working with international clients in Belgium. Knowledge of all European member states is not required.
4. A background in personnel management or payroll is ideal, but equally important are your communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
5. Your role will not only involve payroll-related tasks but also providing advice on social legislation and HR management, while managing important documents such as RSZ and C4.
6. You are organized and flexible, with independence and teamwork going hand in hand for you.
