* Be a key stakeholder within a growing team for smaller and larger international projects in our focus industries
* Lead workshops, translate and decipher business needs and requirements to create business value and demonstrate skills in the implementation lifecycle
* Assist and support deep-dive pre-sales engagements, identify and help build service offerings, explore and drive opportunities in new industries
* Develop strong client relationships and become a platform ambassador
* Own architecture and design. Put in place secure, robust and scalable IT architectures
* Act as a role model, be a technical lead, validate solutions and guide & inspiring your team
* Cultivate expertise and taking pride in your work
* Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and related industry and technology drivers
* Contribute and create technical & solution architecture
* Proactively communicating for continuous improvement within our team and for our customers.
* 5+ years of CRM experience on the Salesforce platform
* Expert level understanding of the Salesforce CORE clouds and experience with AppExchange partner ecosystem
* Experience in leading workshops
* Proven ability to design and integrate business processes across disparate systems
* Strong understanding of data management, data models, integrations, data migration, process automation and DevOps
* Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing to guide stakeholders
* Analytical skills and ability to develop processes and methodologies
* Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn of new technologies, industries, concepts, … and staying on top of technology trends
* Good knowledge about software architecture concepts
* Salesforce certified or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
* Driven, motivated, passionate, and committed
