Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an IT Services Excellence Lead who is proactive and analytical to join us in our IT Operations team, based in our office in Braine l’Alleud, in Belgium.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing ITIL processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services. You will drive our Partner who operates the ITIL process, ensuring alignment with our standards and goals. Your work will be essential in driving incident resolution, managing user requests, and overseeing change requests separately to maintain efficient workflows. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience and supporting our business units through continuous improvement initiatives.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers across various locations, including Europe, North America, and Latin America. You will engage with internal and external partners to understand their needs, drive value, and contribute to a positive user experience aligned with our Patient Value Principles.
What you’ll do
* Monitor and manage IT incidents to ensure prompt and effective resolution
* Drive the Major Incident Management Process and act as a coordinator for critical incidents
* Manage user requests and change requests following established ITIL procedures
* Identify and analyze recurring problems to propose sustainable solutions
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, requests, and problems
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services and reduce ticket volume
Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* 5-8 years of demonstrated work experience in ITIL processes
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their practical application
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Experience with IT service management tools is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
