As a Key Account Manager Foodservice, you will be responsible for national client within Belgium. Your responsibilities are:
* Manage and enhance relationships with key clients in the foodservice sector.
* Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
* Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
* Ensure a high level of client service at all times.
* Stay updated with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends.
A successful KAM Foodservice should have:
* A Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
* Proven sales experience (5 years) in the food industry, preferably in the foodservice sector.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to analyse sales data and create reports.
* Sound knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in Dutch & French
