Your duties as account manager government & education
As key account manager for the government & education segment, you will assist this specific customer group in their search for connectivity and digital solutions that make their lives easier. Concretely, you will be responsible for:
1. Following up and expanding a customer portfolio in a region specifically assigned to you.
2. Answering RFPs in close collaboration with our presales teams, specialised sales and operations.
3. You will visit customers and analyse their needs. From this, you draw the right conclusions to arrive at an optimal solution for the customers.
