Join us as a new SaaS Enterprise Account Manager
Context:
We've seen significant growth over the past few years and now need manpower and focus.
Previously, we worked with a full-cycle Account Executive role. Due to the extra load in the number and quality of clients, we need Account Managers fully dedicated to cross-selling, upselling, and keeping churn at bay.
We've hired two already and now need another qualified SaaS and software sales Account Manager to handle our key enterprise accounts.
Impact:
At Lansweeper, we have recently upgraded from a SaaS IT Asset Management (ITAM) tool to a cloud-based Asset Intelligence Platform—a data SaaS software platform, if you will.
Many of our enterprise accounts still know us for our superior discovery capabilities as an IT and OT Asset Management tool, but our true value now lies in our data intelligence potential.
The message is clear; the value is there, and now all that's left is to convince and update our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Retention
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in enterprise settings, extending beyond the traditional IT organization.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring Lansweeper’s SaaS solutions become integral to their IT and Security strategies.
* Develop Lansweeper "champions" within client organizations to foster loyalty and identify new account management opportunities.
* Drive customer satisfaction and retention by consistently demonstrating the value of Lansweeper’s software solutions.
Growth Through Solution Selling
* Execute selling motions including upselling assets, increasing product adoption, and cross-selling complementary solutions.
* Leverage a solution-selling approach to uncover customer challenges and demonstrate how Lansweeper’s SaaS offerings deliver measurable business value.
* Collaborate internally to align software offerings with customer needs and strategically drive account management and revenue growth.
Strategic Selling and Value Delivery
* Use a consultative, value-driven approach to uncover customer pain points and align SaaS solutions to business challenges.
* Collaborate with internal teams to strategically drive upsell and price increase opportunities.
* Apply expertise in the SPICED sales framework to uncover needs and deliver compelling value propositions.
Operational Excellence
* Forecast sales opportunities accurately by understanding customer objectives and aligning strategies accordingly.
* Navigate legal, procurement, and security processes typical of global enterprises, streamlining decision-making and mitigating roadblocks.
* Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Channel Managers) to create targeted strategies, campaigns, and incentives to drive growth and lead generation.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in global account management, particularly in SaaS or software sales.
* Sales Expertise: Proficient in solution-based selling, with the ability to identify and address client challenges effectively.
* Relationship Building: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across multiple organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
* Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value-driven proposals.
* Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators.
* Adaptability: Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a proven track record of quickly acquiring new skills.
* SaaS Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with software sales and experience working in a global organization.
