SCOPE OF THE POSITION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will engage independent optician clients with effective account management. Increase the use of EssilorLuxottica high end brand frames among existing accounts, boost profitable sales through direct and indirect channels, and always seek opportunities to acquire new clients for our high end brand frames directly or to introduce other members of the EssilorLuxottica team to ensure growth.
In line with the company's business and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets according to the company's discount structure, develop, build, and maintain relationships that will foster sales of the entire company's product range in line with stated goals and forecasts.
Ensure that EssilorLuxottica progresses and develops as the preferred supplier for clients in the territory, always motivated and aiming for excellent results.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES:
1. Maintain an effective call program for direct and indirect accounts.
2. Sell the full range of EssilorLuxottica products in BeLux, becoming the preferred supplier through negotiations with opticians.
3. Present marketing and commercial activities to key staff, ensuring success through differentiation with personalized high-end brand frames and premium technologies.
4. Regularly review client business activities and promote EssilorLuxottica high-end frames, securing lens volumes with tailored offers.
5. Implement customer training on new and existing products to enhance value-added sales and product range.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and reports, ensuring precise sales data analysis in see4c.com.
7. Keep up-to-date knowledge of EssilorLuxottica and competitor products.
8. Continuously assess the market, maintaining comprehensive client and competitor records, and provide detailed call reports, monthly reports, and planning sheets to the sales management team.
9. Act as a brand ambassador, collaborating with the Bespoke and Transitions teams to engage clients.
