As a Digital Customer Journey Analyst, your goal is to analyze and understand the full customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Your insights will help enhance the customer experience and boost digital business performance.
You will collaborate with a team of digital experts (Product Owners, testers, developers, UX designers, analysts, etc.) and take on key responsibilities..

Business needs & tagging strategy
Challenge business requirements for tagging, ensuring clear objectives and well-defined KPIs
Define the tagging strategy and create technical specifications for Front-end developers
Write detailed User Stories for developers to implement the tagging strategy
Data analysis & reporting
Build reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct in-depth analyses for continuous digital optimization
Present insights using engaging storytelling and data visualization
Driving a Data-driven mindset
Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization
Educate and support stakeholders on how to use data effectively
Project coordination
Ensure smooth project follow-up, working with multiple squads
Participate in Agile ceremonies and refinement sessions
Profile
Languages:
English: Excellent (mandatory)
French/Dutch: Plus to have
Education: Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Digital Marketing, or Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical skills:
Mandatory: Experience with Adobe Analytics
Preferred: Experience with Content Square, Adobe Target, and Tableau Software
