We are looking for a Service Delivery Consultant to strengthen the Service Delivery team for our customers in Europe (job location: Ghent).
The team
The Service Delivery Team provides 2nd & 3rd line functional and technical support to our customers after their go live. The Team is responsible for infrastructure & azure management, application management, support and maintenance, and for the overall satisfaction of end users about the UMAX functionalities. It monitors the high availability of the functionalities, makes sure there are no disruptions in use, and guarantees high reachability for user help requests (incidents & bugs) and short lead times for standard and non-standard changes. The Team consists of Technical & Functional Service Delivery Consultants and Developers.
Function
As our Service Delivery Consultant, you provide (mainly) operational support. In this role, you not only develop a strong professional relationship with our clients, but also quickly learn all ins & outs of our UMAX client Azure subscriptions. You will be responsible for support, maintenance, and configuration management of Azure Cloud components within the Microsoft Ecosystem.
The role is based in Sint-Denijs-Westrem (Ghent).

As our Service Delivery Consultant, you…
* follow up on day-to-day infrastructure operations at our different Customers
* review the outcome of automated business processes
* identify areas of improvement in the automated business process
* treat Tickets initiated by the Customer (key users):
o Incidents: diagnose and solve the problem or in case adjustments must be made (incl. development, testing and deployment), give status updates to the customer, follow up & close the incident
o Process changes (prioritized by the customer): perform impact analysis (in time, money – in case of an RFC - and other Impact), determine which infrastructure/cloud changes are recorded to which sprint backlog and (after approval of the customer) realize the change
* assure a professional and successful service delivery approach towards the customer
* respect all agreements between Itineris and the Customer, as set in the eXperience & Service Level Agreement (XLA/SLA) document
* provide input, advice, and training to colleagues
* take part in project related activities as required
* when questions arise, bridge between the client’s organization and the Itineris Operations team
* detect new business opportunities and communicate them to Business Development
What you bring
* Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English)
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
* Knowledge of Powershell scripting is a plus
* Understanding of ARM templates and JSON is a plus
* Understand and troubleshoot basic SQL queries
* Generalist knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Ecosystem (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS), including:
o Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions
o Storage Accounts Concepts (Blobs, Files)
o Networking Concepts (Vnet, peering, hub & spoke architecture…)
o Virtual Machine Troubleshooting (OS related, events, security breaches…)
o Automation experiences (Azure Automation…)
* Cloud-first security affinity and mindset. Eager to grow in the domains of Custom RBAC roles – Azure Sentinel -Azure Security Center- Conditional access – Azure Firewall – Monitoring & alerting -KQL queries with Log Analytics
* Willing to certify in Azure Microsoft
* Azure Devops mindset with matching skills, build & release pipelines, task groups, variable libraries,…
* Strong troubleshooter and analytical mindset
