Description Overview
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong professional relationships with important and growing stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry to understand their needs and objectives and offer solutions to their business activities. You easily identify key opportunities for the customer and you are not afraid to take initiatives or propose new ideas
Scope of the Role
* Negotiate, develop and execute the business plans for the assigned customers with clear financial objectives and strategies
* Organize quarterly business review with your customers and define necessary action points if needed. Take ownership internally to ensure customer satisfaction
* Tracking and analyzing customer evolution to ensure flawless execution of your business plan, Sell-in/Sell-out analyzes, DVRP & M/S evolution
* Active participation in internal processes, such as budget follow-up, monthly landing exercises, forecast reviews, and business team meetings, will ensure transparency and success
* Ensuring efficient communication with cross-functional teams such as Field sales, customer service, purchase department, marketing, demand …
* On top of that, you get the change to support on the exciting Drugstore & Para-pharmacy business and get in touch with all different aspects at different channels
Experience Required
* Demonstrated experience in a Sales Professional role within the pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
* You know how to build and manage solid business plans or had a first taste of it
* You are a flexible and agile person with a winner’s mentality
* You are customer-focused and know how to negotiate effectively
* Strong analytical and MS office skills
* You’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* You have a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude
* You are a team player, enjoying working in close collaboration with your sales colleagues and cross functional with all Perrigo departments
* You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
