About the Role
* Stay updated on customer file information
* Manage all incoming mail and emails
* Organize schedules and coordinate meetings
* Prepare and follow up on various transactions
* Send documentation upon client request
* Maintain filing systems
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree;
* Previous experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant;
* Proficient in French or Dutch, with strong knowledge of the other national language (B2+ minimum); English is a valuable asset;
* Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software;
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
* Effective communication and assertiveness;
* Ability to adapt quickly to change;
* Desire to work in a dynamic team within a rapidly growing market.
Offer
* Gross salary between € 2.500 and € 3.000 per month;
