Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Employee to join our local team in Antwerp. As part of the BeNeLux-Germany team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and customers. You will work within a small, dynamic team where self-sufficiency and initiative are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle daily back-office duties, including order processing, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.
2. Support and execute sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to customers.
3. Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and efficient communication
4. Maintain accurate customer records and handle data entry.
5. Collaborate with the broader team to achieve operational and sales goals.
Qualifications
Requirements
6. Strong proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
7. Prior experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry or commodities business is a strong advantage.
8. Highly self-sufficient and proactive, capable of working independently in a small team.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, taking ownership and problem-solving skills.
