Interim Domain Leader -ERP Transformation

Project Context
As part of a major digital transformation initiative, the company is replacing its legacy ERP system to a NEW ERP. The Domain Leader - Procurement, Supply, and Data Management will play a central role in this program, ensuring consistency and integration of the related business processes across various departments (logistics, finance, sales, etc.).
Mission Overview
The Domain Leader will be responsible for:
Leading the end-to-end definition and integration of procurement, supply chain, and data governance processes.
Ensuring smooth transition and implementation of these processes in the new ERP.
Acting as a key stakeholder during design, implementation, testing, and change management.
Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Supply Chain Process Management
Supervise the integration of procurement and supply processes into the new ERP.
Participate in workshops to define sub-processes (supplier mgmt., contracts, stock, reorders, etc.).
Identify standard vs. custom development requirements.
2. Data Management Optimization
Ensure master data governance rules exist and are followed (suppliers, articles, etc.).
Oversee data migration and validation from the legacy system.
Contribute to the definition of long-term data governance practices.
3. Process Design Participation
Validate the Business Blueprint (BBP) for procurement, supply, and data processes.
Identify and prioritize necessary developments.
Ensure proper process modeling and alignment with business requirements.
4. Training & Change Management
Identify training needs and ensure delivery.
Lead the change process for impacted teams with a strong communication strategy.
5. Testing Coordination
Oversee end-to-end testing of all relevant processes in the ERP.
Coordinate test execution and validate results.
Address any issues or inconsistencies during UAT.
6. Team & Stakeholder Alignment
Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure a unified vision of the ERP rollout across domains.
Report decisions and ensure business needs are reflected in the solution.
Key Skills & Experience
Procurement & Supply Chain Expertise
Strong knowledge of supplier relationship management, order-to-delivery flow, and inventory control.
Experience in supplier contract negotiation and process optimization.
Data Management
Proven experience in master data governance, quality assurance, and data migration in ERP projects.
ERP Project Leadership
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Infor M3 or similar) for procurement and inventory modules.
Able to drive workshops, validate processes, and guide configuration teams.
Analytical & Risk Management Skills
Ability to assess risks and define mitigation strategies.
Experience in KPI creation and dashboarding for process performance monitoring.
Communication & Leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
