Technical Sales Specialist NORTHERN EUROPE (M/F)

As a Technical Sales Specialist for Northern Europe, you’ll have the chance to contribute to the growth of a family-run, international business. This is your opportunity to drive success, expand markets, and shape the future of the produce industry across Northern Europe.
In this role, you will:
1. Technical expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for optimizing the performance of our varieties in Northern Europe.
2. Develop Networks and Partnerships: Connect with stakeholders at every level of the fruit and vegetable market chain, including suppliers and influencers, strengthen existing relationships and establish promising new ones for the future.
3. Innovation: In collaboration with marketing and sales teams, launch new products.
4. Be an Ambassador: Represent us at trade fairs, professional meetings, and trial platforms.
5. Shape Strategy: Apply and adapt our commercial strategy while providing valuable market insights to help guide decision-making.
What we’re looking for:
1. Technical knowledge: You have experience in crop production or selling vegetable seeds in an international context, backed by strong agronomic knowledge and expertise in high-tech crop management.
2. Adaptability: You are comfortable working in multicultural environments and skilled at adapting communication to diverse audiences.
3. Relationship Building: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating and sustaining long-term partnerships.
4. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for exploring new growth opportunities.
5. Language & travel: Fluent in English and Dutch (French or German is a plus), with a willingness to travel frequently across Northern Europe, especially in the Netherlands and Germany.
