The U.S. Embassy in Brussels is looking for a Travel Assistant to join the General Services Office.
The job holder manages individual and group hotel bookings, VIP visits, and events. Provides travel policy guidance and advice to Tri-Mission employees and coordinates visit assistance with a wide range of foreign affairs agencies based in Washington, DC. Incumbent is often called upon to facilitate a better understanding of the U.S. Government’s specific requirements for hospitality services on the local economy.
