Context & Mission
Maltem is looking for a Solution Lead Analyst to join a regulatory project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and target architecture while ensuring that all components of the solution are properly analyzed and documented for development and testing. This role will also involve supervising and reviewing the work of other analysts to ensure the overall coherence and completeness of the solution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing business and functional requirements related to the SIGEDIS legal framework
* Supervising and driving the work of other analysts, ensuring global coherence and completeness
* Delivering detailed analysis documents for certain components
* Contributing to the definition of an analysis method based on best practices
* Collaborating with developers, architects, and business teams for effective implementation
* Supporting functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Providing guidance and documentation for end-users, technical teams, and analysts
* Ensuring effective communication between delivery teams and identifying issues for resolution
Required Technical Skills
IT Analysis & Documentation – Expert (Essential)
Life Insurance Industry Knowledge (Pension Second Pillar, SIGEDIS) – Strong Asset
IT Front and Back-end Systems – Experienced (Knowledge of mainframe technology is a plus)
Team Coordination & Management – Experienced (Essential)
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Expert
Knowledge of IT Analysis Best Practices – Experienced
Experience with IT Service Providers & Solution Integrators – Preferred
Language Proficiency
Fluent in French and English (Required)
Desired Profile
Education: Secondary degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution Analysis
Location: Belgium (50% on-site, 50% remote)
