About the Role: As a Junior Group Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and materials they need to succeed. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our global sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales Knowledge Hub & Pre-Sales Support: Support the onboarding and training process of sales managers Assist in establishing and managing a centralized sales content hub with sales best practices, insights, and training materials Assist in helping that sales team members are up-to-date with the latest product information and sales strategies Provide support for pre-sales inquiries Sales Tools Management: Oversee the integration and onboarding of Sales teams onto sales tools (CRM, order management, demo platform etc) Drive adoption across teams, ensuring all sales individuals confidently navigate and extract value from these platforms Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement Assist in optimizing both the utilization and workflow of sales tools Centralized Tasks Management: Coordinate and assist with sales collateral and presentation and handle administrative tasks related to group sales operations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
