The Customer Journeys team aims to support AXA Belgium's strategic objectives by:
* defining value propositions
* creating digital solutions and clear, practical customer journeys
* launching high-value-added products or services on the market that enhance the experience of AXA Belgium's customers and prospects
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Journey Expert in customer journeys for Life products. Concretely, your role is to manage a portfolio of Life projects (investment and pension products). You will be in charge of fuelling and managing this portfolio of projects by collaborating with a multi-disciplinary marketing team (UX designers, go-to-market specialists).
As part of your principal duties, you will:
* Contribute to the implementation of global marketing plan initiatives, based on AXA's strategy and focusing on Life products.
* Roll out strategic projects for our Life projects while collaborating with team colleagues.
* Reflect upon, design, test, implement, or improve customer journeys to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
* Manage, coach, and support team colleagues in defining value and service propositions.
* Develop value propositions relating to products or customer journeys to support customer acquisition and loyalty, in close collaboration with other departments.
* Roll out cross-selling and up-selling campaigns, ensuring end-to-end execution.
* Boost the use of our digital tools by coordinating campaigns and communications plans for brokers, customers, and prospects.
* Keep an eye on the competition and promote visibility of initiatives and trends in the Life products market.
Minimum Requirements:
* Holder of a master's degree or bachelor's degree with proven professional experience.
* You have at least 5 years' experience in marketing.
* You have a good knowledge of Life products and a clear vision of market trends and the competition.
* You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
* You have excellent project management skills. You know how to work in an Agile project mode.
* You have experience in defining customer journeys (design thinking).
* You have a 360° vision, communicate easily, foster collaboration, and have excellent listening skills.
* You are capable of producing captivating presentations and translating complex insurance products into high value-added customer services.
* You have experience in presenting strategic plans to board members and senior executives.
* You dare to take decisions and propose ambitious solutions without losing sight of the customer experience.
