* Applying expertise in cost, contract, and commercial management.

* Supporting decision-making through risk assessments and project evaluations.

* Ensuring accurate project reporting and escalation when necessary.
* Leading governance adherence and continuous process improvements.
* Conducting independent project reviews and assurance processes.
* Overseeing project controls through all lifecycle stages (feasibility to handover).
* Monitoring KPIs and ensuring timely interventions for project health.
* Providing mentorship and support to project teams and cost managers.
* Facilitating dispute resolution and optimizing procurement strategies.
