Responsibilities - The Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects. He/she is responsible to oversee project logistics, resource management, budget adherence, and overall project delivery. On top of that he/she is responsible to coordinate and prioritize design and production activities (in/outsourced) to ensure on time delivery of material in synchronization with mounting sequence and staffing. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up the design process with the design department and align customer’s request
* Verify compliance between statics and design
* Participate and facilitate the building permit phase ensuring Spantech product compatibility
* Create or update packing lists in Odoo with design or logistics department (EXCEL + ODOO BOM)
* Create or update comprehensive planning & resource allocation for each project (EXCEL TEMPLATE TERUEL)
* Establish and follow up on budget (EXCEL TEMPLATE TERUEL)
* Source material or services, create PO’s and track progression (ODOO)
* Find ways to optimize and reduce operations cost
* Ensure machinery / teams / trucks / hotels booking (ODOO PROJECT APP)
* Trigger warehouse preparation when required
* Perform project within timing, budget & in compliance with H&S
* Track the percentage of completion within critical building steps
* Enrich the documentation to ensure repeatability (construction book)
* Perform site visits on a frequent base
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field provides a solid foundation for this role.
Required Skills:
* Project Management Experience: Proven track record in sales and project management, preferably within the construction or modular building industry.
* Technical Acumen: Strong ability to understand and effectively communicate complex engineering concepts.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with clients and internal teams.
* Project Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Leadership and Problem-Solving: Hands-on leadership and proactive problem-solving skills are crucial for successful outcomes.
* Flexibility to Travel: The Sales Engineer must be willing to travel as needed for client meetings and on-site project management.
* Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential French is a plus. These languages serve as the primary means of communication within the company and with international clients and partners.
