We are looking for a Digital Product Owner!
Orange Belgium is looking for an experienced & motivated collaborator to define and build, as part of our Digital Tribe, the digital touchpoints that will delight our customers. The digital touchpoints are the Orange B2C and B2B websites / mobile apps such as orange.be, My Orange app, B2B Customer Zone,...).
Key responsibility areas:
* Set the digital product vision & roadmap, in adequation with company business strategy & objectives.
* Collect digital needs amongst the stakeholders of the organisation (marketing, sales, Customer services…). Launch initiatives to gather qualitative and quantitative insights around performance of those touchpoints.
* Manage product backlog. Prioritize the needs aiming to elaborate most valuable product features.
* Be an active member of the squad, next to Scrum Master, TechLead & the whole development team, in all defined Agile ceremonies & events.
* Produce and/or validate the business requirements (Epics & User stories) related to the digital evolution of your product. Ensure the maturity & readiness of the requirements with respective digital experts (UX, designer, tester, Techlead, analyst…). Business accountable for quality of deliverable in FUT & launch phase.
* Monitor KPIs (incl. analytics, satisfaction, availability…) in collaboration with the Digital performance team.
* Ensure regular communication of product roadmap, performance & achievements towards key stakeholders (incl. top management).
* Benchmark competition, Group & best in class actors on digital solutions. Follow up digital trends.
* Ambassador of digital adoption & digitalization targets inside the company.
Your profile:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or other role but in an Agile organisational team.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Digital related team/department.
* Customer and result oriented.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to deal with technical concepts shared by IT roles and development squad.
* Ability to thrive and adapt in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
* Open and team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
* Flexible and stress-resistant (with respect for deadlines and priorities).
* Creative, able to think 'out of the box'.
* Eager to learn (interest in new trends around digital systems & products).
* Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and good knowledge of English (written & spoken). Able to interact in multilingual meetings.
